Himax Technologies, Inc. is a fabless semiconductor solution provider that was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Tainan City, Taiwan. The company designs and manufactures display drivers, timing controllers, power management ICs (PMICs), and other semiconductor products that are used in electronic devices such as TVs, monitors, smartphones, tablets, automotive displays, and virtual reality (VR) devices.
